Medical Plans
We offer our employees multiple coverage plans for medical, dental and vision, as well as biannual dental cleanings and annual eye exams (with coverage for new frames every two years).
LiveHealth Online
With any TTI Floor Care medical plan, you have access to LiveHealth Online, an easy and quick way to contact certified health professionals and doctors who can answer questions, make a diagnosis and even prescribe basic medications when needed.
Accommodations
Paid Time Off
All employees are eligible for paid vacation days on top of paid time off. Vacation time is accrued on the 15th of every month and paid time off will increase depending on time served with the company. We also observe seven paid holidays.
Future Moms Program & Maternity Leave
The Future Moms Program provides information and resources on the best possible care to prevent complications during pregnancy for women who are welcoming a new child into their lives.
Short Term Disability
We offer short term disability after 30 days of employment, which is paid on length of service within the company.
Tuition Reimbursement
We offer tuition reimbursement to any employee who desires to grow more through education after joining TTI Floor Care upon acceptance of the employee’s application.
Savings
On your first day of work, you will be automatically enrolled in our 401(k) retirement plan, which matches $0.50 for every $1 up to a total of 8%.
Every employee will also receive a generous discount on all TTIFC products. Information on how to apply your employee discount will be provided during your onboarding process.
Floor Care University
TTI offers multiple training sessions that distinguish our brands and provide information on our current products. Our training sessions also include the opportunity to hear a variety of departmental teams speak on their roles and responsibilities, providing insight on how the TTIFC teams work together within their department and collaboratively with other departments. It is a great opportunity to meet cross-functional team members and kick off your TTIFC career with a strong understanding of our brands, products and people.
